As if you can still remember what i'm angry with and what had i doubted with for the last week, even it's been dragged for so long but at least and finally there is the solution @ last.

Yayy !!! Thanks to those who are always be here with me "STAND FOR OUR RIGHTS" together!!! And not to forget thanks to those who are pointing and laughing at me too , will ya continue it still ?? Keep it on , mind you ???

Luckily MAXIS did something worth for me to continue on it's services. To be True, i seriously never write in to MAXIS to complain about anything. Likes i understand phone lines sevices sometimes can be really unstable which is out of our control, even you called to complain they will definitely just tell you they are trying to solve the lack of services. So , there is really no point for this type of complaint right ?

Anyhow, I hope this waive off will shall remain the same as i heard some have been triple charged and only able get waived off of 50% for the 3rd months bills. I hope they are not doing the same to me tho.

Well, perhaps i'd good records for previous payment and they trust for my words that i swear i never use the data services hence i got the waive off. Or maybe i'm too FIERCE to be TRUE ! At least, i STAND for my OWN RIGHTS , have you done yours ??

Ohhh.. like i promised, if MAXIS willing to waive the extra charges off then it's ALRIGHT for me to continue with their services tho.

And so i'm now able to keep my Bf's gifted phone and remain the same Telco company. That's the perfect ending !! let's say YAYYYYYz !!!!

p/s: i'm not gonna delete the previous post no worry. just for in case there is someone face the same problem. If there is a way to tell MAXIS. i would suggest perhaps they shall include a pieces of notice for the reminder for the Intelligent phone's data loading differences with the usual phone. And a credit to "Ms.Tina" from MAXIS, she did explained well and thanks for the waiver. I'm sorry for "Ms.Nur Noraini" if i'm not mistaken, i agreed i'd being impolite but the explanation are really unacceptable i must said so.
