* UPDATES on 20/04/10 : We solved and settled the issues. I would recommend MAXIS shall attached a piece of reminder for the purchaser of who never bought the data package for the *mist* which i highlighted about.So, there won't be misleading tho. For those who face the same problem, perhaps you shall go thru if you are SURE like me that you seriously never used your 3G data tho. I don't think i shall delete the post, as it's just my humble opinion when i face the problem.That's it ! *

For the Maxis IPhone User who never sign the data package kindly be ALERT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's something i'm really keen to shares .
I did a complaint to MAXIS past 2 days regarding they charged me RM113 extra for the data usage of 23000Kb which previously the data usage for my Nokia E71 is average 2300KB every month. Holly COW !!!!! it's 10 times more than my previous data usage which i did FB'ing , i did Twitter'ing using my E71 so often.
While i did heard lot cases from those Iphone User who didn't sign the data package they did met the same cases being OVERCHARGED while they didn't browsing anything. And they kindly "DONATED" or being " CONNED" by MAXIS so easily. Nope !!!! I'm not teasing you as i'm now being FOOLED as well.
I did really heard lot Cases before hence i'm really be more ALERT all the times for not Fb'ing and not Twitter'ing via my Iphone and i'm using it only when there is WIFI provided ie : my Office & my home. Besides that i can't remember when i'm browsing it the most.
Hundred bucks is really nothing if i did used it, but if i'm really think to use it why i'm idiotically didn't sign the data package for unlimited usage instead for being idiotically charged for that much ?? The thing is i'm just switching to Iphone not more than a month and i'd being charged that much ???
After my complaint for past 2 days, the represent of the MAXIS called back moment ago, I'm sorry for being impolite to her but the explanation they gave are even much much much more UNBELIEVABLE. You all should know about this !!!

Maegen : So ?Is it your system show its valid mean its valid ? and i'd to pay that ?

Maxis : YEA .. The thing is IPHONE IS INTELLIGENT PHONE so while you browse via wifi and when it detected the wifi signal is LOW it will switched it from wifi to 3G .
BRAVO !!ain't this the World MOST INTELLIGENT explain i ever get !!
Maegen : i seriously never activated the 3G for the Iphone yet How can it detect it ?
Maxis : No , the system had detected it and activated for you as you previously did use the 3G for your previous phone.
Maegen : *UNBELIEVABLE* Yea !! Previously i need to install the 3G if i need it and activate it but I haven't activate the 3G for the Iphone yet . So , don't you feel it's your system fault for activate it for me ? And you mean your intelligent system show it's valid, and your Intelligent Iphone switched it automatically from free wifi to "CHARGED 3G" for me and now your CUSTOMER "US" who used the intelligent phone and cause of the Intelligent valid system and now "US" are idiotically been forced to pay it , is that true ??
Maxis : No ! i didn't say so..
Maegen : Then ? it's the same what ? it's mean we all the IHPONE user are been FORCED to sign the data package,aren't we ?
Maxis : Yea.. usually we recommend they did so..

Maxis : There is nothing wrong with our system,Ms Gew. There is no switch we can do for switching the 3G off or blocking it from browsing wifi to 3G.
Maegen :Arh har !!*unbelievale * i'm not gonna pay the extra hundred bucks and if you can't waive it off then sue me ...
Maxis : Ms.Gew .. if you didn't pay it we will terminate your line ..
Maegen : Go ahead .. i'll switch to other telco company then ..
Maxis : Alright Ms.Gew .. maybe i'll talk to our supervisor again and will get back to you soon, maybe we shall deactivate your 3G services and MMS 1stly.
Maegen : Yea .. Go ahead ..

If you are consider to buy the INTELLIGENT PHONE without the data package especially with a Telco company which keep mentioned about they CAN'T do anything with the AUTOMATICALLY switching 3G itself for the Intelligent phone.. THINK TWICE !!!!
