Yea.. I'm the red fella n the instructors is the blue one.. Omg !! I got the hensem instructor as my base.. Kaaakaaa...

Its actually easier than what we see...

I love partner yoga.. Sadly, toi is not into yoga ... So i'd to back to own yoga.. As i told him about this and he said orhhh.. No wonder.. Coz got hensem guy as my base ... ZzzzzzZzz...

But this is the 1st try of it and its sooooooo FUN !!!! Seriously i mean it .

doc said it's bitter ( for the 1st time i heard so )..
but i didn't feel anything ( i felt abit numb an hour later ) ..
i lost the taste of everything i think ..
T.T

i asked why ??
Doc said might caused of some air pollution ..
or previous infections haven't 100% clear ..

WTF !!!!! i cleaned almost everyday for my room ...
even Toi said i'm abit toooooo cleanliness ..
i just can't stand for the dust .

but now .. it affected me !!!!
GREAT !!!!!

i'm just too weak ...
i guess ...


And so ..
i re-clean the room ..
confirm it's really clean ...

then ...

i got this blarrrdy expensive thing for help .

Hopefully it's really help to sterilizer the air for me .
pleaseeeeeeeee !!!!!


i really don't want to awake every early morning @ 6am to cough and vomit ..
it's sooooo pain for the vomit tho.

P/s: Zumba class for the 1st day !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Naisssss !!!

~* yoga .. Again ??? *~

Guy instructor for the 1st time of my yoga class !!! Wooooow.. Hensemnya... A lil too fast for thr class... Felt sooooooo rush !!!

The lucky thing is... I go with the flow !!!!!!! Darnnnnnnn siok !!!!! Okkkkkk Even I might slow for a few sec... But Im not "tersumbat" , not "ter-dizzy" or "ter-batuk" this time...

I'm not so sure but for the 1st time I think and i felt my body's voice!!! It's felt like.. I'm stretching till fullest and the body alert me and :" ok you got the stretch .." this the meaning of yoga I assumed.

I might not the strongest ,
I might not the tougher ,
I might not the best ...

But I'm what I'm !!! Yayy !! I heard it !!!! So nice !!!!!!!!!!!







Why i got so many baby hair huh ???? Can u see how "high" my "bun" is ??

Rebonding ???? Perm ?? Rebonding ??? Perm ???
